Return and refund policy

If our item doesn't fit you or you didn't give it the love it hoped for, we give you the choice to return it. Just email us at sales@lavieenroseparos.com fill in the return info we need and we'll email you with all the details. That includes your full name, the order number and the refund option you prefer (100% store credit, exchange or refund). Then pack it up and return it by registered mail only, in a 14 day space from your purchase date. It is imperative to send us by e-mail the tracking number of the package. When we receive it back we’ll send you a confirmation mail to inform you about it. Note that all the original tags must be attached on the item and the shipping charge cannot be refunded.  Don’t forget to check your junk mail, because sometimes our emails land in there. All postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty. Note that you must include an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return. There are however some exceptions,only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, and neither do lingerie or swimwear for hygiene reasons. Last but not least, pls note that in order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
